Known limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some third-party content embedded on this site — including the scheduling calendar provided by GoHighLevel — may not be fully within our control. We are actively working with our technology partners to address any gaps. If you encounter any content that is not accessible, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We conduct regular accessibility audits and address identified issues on a priority basis. New content is reviewed against accessibility standards before publication.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not fully conform, primarily due to limitations in third-party embedded tools. We are actively working toward full conformance.
Feedback & contact
We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve reported issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or the Massachusetts Office on Disability. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
