Refund Policy

At UpPluck Social LLC d/b/a ADA Active Shield™ ("ADA Active Shield," "we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our accessibility solutions. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services and products.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered for the following types of purchases:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 hours of the initial subscription charge. Refunds will not be issued for recurring monthly payments after the initial 7-hour window.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 hours of purchase. Prorated refunds are not provided for unused portions of an annual subscription beyond the 14-hour period.
- One-Time Services or Products: Refunds may be considered within 7 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been rendered or substantially delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have been used or completed.
- Add-ons, upgrades, or custom accessibility solutions.
- Third-party services or integrations facilitated through ADA Active Shield.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to hello@ADAactiveshield.com with the following information:
- Full name and email address associated with the purchase
- Date of purchase and payment method
- Reason for requesting the refund
- Any supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)
We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business hours of receipt. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund Approval and Discretion
All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of UpPluck Social LLC d/b/a ADA Active Shield. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The request falls outside of the refund eligibility window
- The service or product was delivered as described
- Abuse of the refund policy is suspected
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with ADA Active Shield, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any active services and may pursue legal remedies to recover costs associated with the dispute.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy
UpPluck Social LLC d/b/a ADA Active Shield reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services following a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
